We’ve adjusted our sails through Covid-19 to our virtual zoom world for personal training sessions. As soon as we can, in person will be an option.

Always commend yourself on a day well done but never congratulate yourself for something you are not completely satisfied with. Wellness starts with your mind. Your mind controls what your body does. Your body feeds your mind. Full circle. Being fit doesn't mean being a certain size or weight.
Wellness doesn't mean eating only the most perfect of foods. Being well and fit to me means being happy; feeding your body with foods that give back; being able to sustain whatever you ask yourself to do. Fitness and wellness are my life.
